Rear Blade

Land Leveling, yard cleaning, farm road grading, snow clearing, ditching and terracing, backlifting, earth moving: these are some of the many jobs that you can do with this versatile tool. With the grader wheel installed, hydraulic position control holds the blade at the chosen depth for the fine leveling, angle and pitch of blade are also adjustable from tractor seat. Blade pitch of blade is adjustable from 0 to 40 by the screw lever in reach of the tractor seat. The blade can be completely reversed for back filling. For Access to Awkward places it can be offset to either side. An alternative hitch pin for the right and lower link allows the blade to be tilted for digging dithes or irrigation channels.

Border Blade

The Border Blade are designed and built to match the performance of the MF. tractors. They are operated hydraulically by single or twin double acting rams. The points of attachment of the dozer to the tractor are reduced to an absolute minimum and the mounting brackets, once fitted, can be left in position enabling the sub-frame and blade to be quickly removed and attached. The blade is fitted with a reversible and replacable cutting edge of high carbon steel.

Chisel Plough

The Chisel Plough is primary tillage deep plough, working upto 20" to ensure development of crop root system at proper depth and environment. It is an ideal implement where top soil is fertile but subsoil is not productive. The Chisel Plough increases natural fertility of soil as deep tillage provides enough circulation of air, moisture, and sunlight into soil. For full penetration in the first pass, a 50 to 85 hp tractor would be required. A medium (50hp) tractor will plough 12" in the first pass and full 20" depth will be attained in the second pass.

Disc Plough

Disc Plough used for deep ploughing in root-infested, sticky, stony, and hard soils. Mixes remains of crops and weeds throughout the depth of ploughing , hence it is ideal for rain-fed areas for checking soil erosion by water and wind. Spring loaded floating rear furrow wheel control the side draft to ensure straight work and ease of handling by smaller tractor. Other features include Re-greasable Taper Roller Bearing in disc hubs, Disc angle adjustable to vary the penetration with varying soil conditions, Cat I and II linkage and the Disc Scrapers are also adjustable to ensure that the Discs remain clean in all conditions.

Ditcher

Ditcher is a versatile tool to use in many water control applications. Cleaning water ditches along roadsides or in farm fields to drain standing water away from crops, the DT55 makes it simple. The 20" impeller leaves a clean and sculptured trough to keep water flowing freely from unwanted areas. With the optional Material Control Chute in place, dirt can be placed just next to the machine, or thrown many feet away to reshape terraces. An optional 4’ blade can be attached to aid in reshaping terraces and grader ditches.

Fertilizer Broad Caster

This ensures maximum return on fertilizer investment. It spreads evenly and controls the quantity according to requirement without any wastage.

Quantity of fertilizer spread can be easily controlled from tractor seat. Besides fertilizer, it can be used for broadcasting seed and granular chemicals with same efficiency.

Seed Cleaner Grader

The primary method of seed cleaning is the air-screen separator. It uses a combination of air, gravity, and screens to separate seed based on size, shape, and density. These widely-use units come in a variety of models with two to eight vibrating screens. In all cases, the cleaning principles are the same. The grains are fed into the hopper where they are evenly distributed by a feed roller and transferred through a controlled gate on the top sieve. In the process the grains are subjected to primary aspiration by the use of air trunk which drains off chaff, straw, dust or deceased grains. Then the material is passed through sieve layer for separation according to their width and thickness. After the separation, the graded material is subjected to air sifter and aspiration chamber where remaining light particles are sucked off by a strong upward draught of air. The graded material and the impurities are automatically discharged in separate chutes. 

These machines are suitable for efficient cleaning of all types of grains and seed. Gentle vibratory feeder and the belt guard provide efficient cleaning of grain without causing any damage to the particles. High in functionality, The shoes of the machine can easily be replaced for different type of cleaning. Our disc harrows are tough and ready to tackle your field or garden disc harrow work load. Busting up sod or cleaning up after your plow is what these Disc Harrows are all about.
Disc Harrow has a heavier weight per Disc and thus have the penetration ability to break down large clods normally left after disc ploughing or Chisel Ploughing in hard grounds. It is a robust construction, used as mounted or trailed and ideal for chopping and mixing of stubbles and crop residues in the soils. The disc Harrow prepares the seed-bed leaving the soil in granular form which is the most suitable structure for plant growth. It aerates the soil, helps to conserve moisture for longer periods and eradicates weeds. In sandy loam soils, this implement can also be used as primary tillage implement. the depth of ploughing is regulated simply by manipulating the offset angles of the guages. By removing simply a pin, the mounted positoin can be converted into trailed position and vica versa.

Mould Board Plough

Mould Board Plough is the most Impotant plough for primary tillage in canal irrigated or heavy rain areas where too much weeds grow. The objective for ploughing with a Mould Board is to completely invert and pulverize the soil, up-root all weeds, trash and crop residues and bury them under the soil. The shape of mould Board is designed to cut down the soil and invert it to right side, completely burying the undesired growth which is subsequently turned into manure after decomposition.

Potato Digger

Product Specification : 

 Potato Digger With Rubber Beam Wheels Having Vibrating Mechanism Control.
Our company provides optimum quality potato diggers with colter which are fabricated with finest quality of raw materials procured from the most well known vendors. The potato diggers with colters are made to dig one row of potatoes or other root crop. The machines can be pulled on the centerline of the tractor or offset as when straddling two rows and digging one. The standard diggers return the produce onto the dug soil after shaking the bulk of the soil through the chain. The soil type and produce size dictate what pitch of chain is needed. The hydraulic drive allows better matching of chain speed with digging.

Potato Digger Spinner

The early spinners were horse drawn, and were powered by a land drive wheel connected by a gear box to the spinner mechanism. These machines were often adapted to be pulled by a tractor Drawbar when farms obtained a tractor.
Later versions were PTO driven and were mounted on the Three-point Linkage.
The biggest 'problem was the potatoes had to be picked up by hand from the floor but it was avast improvement from digging them out with a fork by hand. In some areas the children had time off school to harvest the potato crop in the autumn.
Later machines dug the potatoes up and lifted them to sorting table and them to a bagging chute to allow the removal of bad ones, so as not to turn them bad in the store

Potato Planter

The Potato Planter is a cup type potato planter for automatically planting cut or graded seed potatoes and other similar size tubers.  It plants the tubers from   6" to 13" apart in the row and hills the row all at once.  It is available as a one and two row model.  Row spacings are adjustable from 26" and up.  Fertilizer and Insecticide attachments are optional.
The Automatic Potato Planter is designed as per the latest technique that assists in planting potatoes and dropping fertilizer just near the seed. Moreover, the Potato Planter possesses notable features like high durability and low maintenance cost.

Ridger

 

Ridger is used for making ridges for planting tobacco, potato and other vegetables. The ridger fully adjustable for giving different accurate row widths. To obtain the correct ridge profile and retain soil flow, the high grade mould boards are adjustable. The ridger can also be used for earthing up the crops sown in rows.

Rotavator

Tine Tiller

Tine tillers are a versatile and effective tool for working large areas of land. They are easier to use and work the soil more deeply than front tine cultivators; models have forward and reverse action that is great for hard, tough-to work soil. And because a rear tine tiller's tines work independently of the driving action, they can till in a stationary position and work small areas of soil.

Wheat Straw

Wheat straw is produced on Green Land Engineers as a bi-product of the wheat production. The residue from the harvesting process is layed in rows behind the harvester and then baled. A small amount is baled directly out of the back of the harvester.
The entire wheat residue is baled producing up to 8000T annually.

Zero Tillage Seed Drill

Standard equipments :  This Drill is specially designed for direct sowing of wheat, maize, mustard, pea etc. after harvesting of paddy.

    * It does minimum tillage of the field & thus increase the yield.
    * Depth of seed sowing is controlled by the two wheels.

Wheat Thresher

The machine has been desighned by qualified engineers. the cutting heads of  machine  are
